Assistant Manager-Risk Management at IDLC Job Circular

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing and analyzing all kinds of operational products in products and businesses. Determine the risks the need to report. Check the audit client’s complaints.
• Organizing independent processes of the existing work process of each department across the organization.
• Check Monthly Dashboards or MIS or Operational loss databases for stakeholders.
• Arrange periodic meetings of different Operational Risk Management Forums and monitor resolutions till implementation.
• Organizing training programs on Operational Risk issues across the organization.
• Check regular risk reports through ORM KPI, Risk & Control Self–Assessment, Risk Control Indicators, and Risk Register by respective unit.
• Helping in setting, communicating, developing, and monitoring policy
• Helping in procedures, framework & toolkits on Operational Risk and Operational Risk mitigates across the IDLC Group.

Job Activity:

• The job holder will be responsible to help the Group Head of Enterprise Risk Management  This job role gives an exciting opportunity to learn the risk and grow as a risk professional.
• The job holders have to work as Operational Risk Analysts or ORM Desk. He can also work in Enterprise Risk Management at IDLC Finance Limited Assistant Manager-Risk Management at IDLC

Working Status: Full Time

Job Requirements:

• MBA or BBA major in Finance or  Accounting from a reputed university.
• Additional qualification as CA Advanced level candidate or Certification on Credit Skill Assessment (CSA) will be considered as an added advantage.
• Having experience of at least 3 years.
• Age up to 26 years
• Candidate can have the additional advantage of having experience of working in any company in risk management department.
